Now here’s a gadget worth saving for – for a mere $5,000 you can have a go-anywhere heads-up display (320 by 240 pixels) so you can read email without even getting out your phone or PDA. Order now from MicroOptical (or wait until this tech gets a little cheaper!)

  1. The “bluetooth eyeglass display” made by MicroOptical is actually only available as a hand-made “developer’s kit”; it is not currently a consumer product. This accounts for the price. One must recognize that code needs to be written by an application developer and installed in a phone to export data and images. When this product does reach the consumer market the price will be lower. It is a very advanced bit of technology.
