An “over-designed” (it relies on Flash) but graphically interesting way to present a history of the Internet It’s only a partial history, since it doesn’t go back further than 1981 but it is a good way to get a quick picture and has lots of external links. The sponsoring company, Novatis, has also produced a similar timeline for computing, starting in 1967.
